Vantage Power wins the regional Shell Springboard Award
Held in the prestigious Sadler Building in the world-renowned Oxford Science Park, the Shell Springboard event brought together the top 8 companies out of a field of 120 to compete for 3 cash prizes.
Each company was put through their paces in a 30 minute pitching and interview session, which was followed by a networking event attended by past winners, government, investors, and executives from Shell.
Vantage Power was praised for its “vision and clarity” in its business proposition, and scooped 1st place in addition to a £40,000 cash prize. Along with Ventive Ltd., the 2nd place prize winner, Vantage Power will join the 4 winners from 2 other regions to compete for the national prize on May 14th.
